About us
Aerosthetix was founded by Jacob Walker, est 2022. 3D printing has always been a huge interest of Jacobs since he attended college in 2015. Jacob worked in the FabLab while he was studying his Mechatronics Engineering program where he gained a huge passion for 3D printing. As the years passed, he contemplated on how he can combine his passion for 3D printing and ingenuity in which he decided to start this business, Aerosthetix.
Jacob’s co-partner and wife Cassie is the mastermind behind creative design for Jacob’s passion project, Aerosthetix. Cassie has always had a great eye for creativity, photography, and videography in which she has tremendously helped with the creative development of the business. Cassie also assist with managing our social media and website.
Together they share many of the same interests and hobbies which was a leading factor into creating this business such as Motorcycles, Cars, Firearms, PC gaming, House projects, etc. We make custom prints for our hobbies which we felt would be an amazing opportunity to share with our creations with others. OUR SERVICES:
Method of creating a 3D object layer-by-layer using a computer created design.
Conceptual engineered designs through realistic renderings.
Analyze a real-world object by collecting data on it’s shape/appearance. The data can be used to construct digital 3D models.
Transform the color and look of something by applying sheets of pressure sensitive vinyl film to each panel. Vinyl is applied with extreme precision and skill.
Cutting vinyl to create custom designs that can be used to make stickers/decals.
